Barista

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join a Bowling Center in Ajman. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring excellent guest service in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, etc.)
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and seating area in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist in promoting special offers, combo deals, and menu items
• Support the team in daily operations of the caf area within the bowling center

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a caf /restaurant environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented entertainment setting
• Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation techniques
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
