Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and caf menu items to company standards.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Operate coffee machines and maintain cleanliness of the workstation.

  • Handle customer orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and presentation standards are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

  • Well-groomed, positive, and customer-oriented personality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Barista or in a caf /hospitality environment preferred.
