About the Role We are a small, take-away–only specialty coffee shop focused on quality coffee, efficient service, and a welcoming customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Barista / Waiter who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in their work, and helps maintain smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Coffee, Beverages & Food Preparation • Prepare specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and brewed coffee, following shop standards • Prepare and serve snacks and desserts • Ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of all items Customer Service • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Take orders accurately and efficiently • Process payments (cash and card) • Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction Shop Cleanliness & Hygiene • Maintain cleanliness of the shop, service counter, and all workstations • Clean and sanitize coffee machines, equipment, utensils, and preparation areas • Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations at all times Operations & Closing Duties • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures • Prepare daily financial reports as part of the closing process (sales summary, cash reconciliation, and system checks) • Restock supplies and report low inventory • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Working Hours & Schedule • Full-time position • 6 working days per week • Up to 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
