Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality beverages with precision, ensuring each drink meets our signature standards and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to provide a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their tastes and preferences.
  • Efficiently handle cash and electronic transactions while accurately processing orders and managing the register.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, showcasing adaptability and efficiency.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation to enhance customer interaction.
