Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the barista team in crafting exceptional coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation with every cup.
- Design and implement innovative drink recipes that reflect current trends and customer preferences, enhancing the café's menu offerings.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all coffee beans and supplies are sourced sustainably and stocked adequately for peak hours.
- Train and mentor barista staff on advanced coffee techniques, customer service, and equipment maintenance, fostering a culture of excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or food science is a plus, showcasing a commitment to the industry.
- At least 3-5 years of barista experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role demonstrating management capabilities.
- Certification in specialty coffee or barista skills from a recognized institution to validate expertise and passion for coffee.
- Experience in a high-volume café environment, able to thrive under pressure while maintaining superior quality and customer service.
