Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Bartending:
  • Mix and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
• Barista:
  • Prepare a wide range of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty beverages.
  • Maintain the coffee machine and grinder.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all coffee products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender or barista.
• Strong knowledge of various beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
