Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft classic and innovative cocktails with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation to elevate the guest experience.
  • Manage the bar inventory efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available for peak service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both staff and guests.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments with speed and efficiency.
  • Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service and promoting responsible drinking habits.
  • Assist in training new bar staff, sharing knowledge of recipes, techniques, and service standards to maintain a high level of team performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods, supporting each other to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about current trends in mixology, experimenting with new techniques and ingredients to enhance the bar's offerings.
  • Proactively address guest concerns and resolve any issues with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational educational background.
  • Holds a valid Bartending Certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and legal compliance.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, showcasing practical expertise.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in classic cocktail recipes and mixology techniques, highlighting a strong technical foundation.
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service skills, emphasizing the ability to create positive guest interactions.
  • Displays strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective teamwork and guest relations.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Demonstrates the ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately, highlighting financial responsibility.
  • Possesses the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights, ensuring the ability to perform the job duties.
