Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages, ensuring each drink meets the establishment's standards for taste and presentation.
  • Maintain a well-organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring that all tools are in good condition.
  • Engage with patrons, creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Monitor customer behavior and serve responsibly, refusing service to intoxicated individuals and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and skill.

  • Certification in responsible beverage service or bartending courses, demonstrating commitment to safe alcohol service.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
