Desired Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in bartending. We re looking for someone with an outgoing personality who s passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. Your knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and upselling techniques, should be on point, and you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and your team are key, as well as a natural ability to keep the energy high and the service flawless. Most importantly, we re seeking someone who brings their own unique flair to the job and is ready to bring the local neighborhood vibe to life with every drink served.
