InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bartending role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural flair for making guests feel at home.
- An intuitive understanding of mixology, spirits, and global beverage trends.
- Grace under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple orders while maintaining poise.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive service.
- Crafting and serving a selection of beverages from timeless classics to contemporary creations.
- Ensuring the bar remains well-stocked, organized, and ready to impress at any moment.
- Upholding the hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborating closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Contributing ideas and inspiration to seasonal menus, themed events, and signature cocktails that elevate the guest experience.
