Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to hotel standards.
- Engage with guests to create memorable bar experiences.
- Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
- Record transactions accurately using MICROS.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, equipment, and glassware.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth bar operations.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and security policies.
- Support team members and contribute to overall service quality.
- Assist with closing duties, restocking, and workspace organization.
