About the Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, attentive Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, craft quality drinks, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently

• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age

• Handle cash and card transactions correctly

• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

• Follow all food safety and health regulations

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food & beverage service

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible Beverage Service certification (if applicable)

• Minimum age to serve alcohol (as required by local law)

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate must be graduated in any discipline or Bachelors in Hotel Management Course.

• Familiarity with POS systems

• Creativity in developing new cocktail recipes

• Team-oriented attitude with professionalism and positivity
