Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on drinks and cocktails.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Engage with guests to provide a friendly and professional experience.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Assist in training new bar staff when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar setting is preferred.
Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
