Responsibilities

• Promote the academy through school visits and community outreach to attract new players.
• Follow up with inactive players and maintain communication with parents.
• Organize and manage training schedules, matches, camps, and tournaments in coordination with coaching staff.
• Maintain accurate player data, attendance, schedules, and payments using systems like Sportlyzer.
• Handle fee collection and follow up on pending payments with parents and the finance team.
• Manage communication channels, including updates, inquiries, and announcements.
• Ensure readiness of facilities, equipment, and compliance with club policies (including uniforms).
• Support administrative operations such as payroll coordination, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate player registration with the federation and manage uniforms (ordering and distribution).
• Support match-day operations and logistics, including transportation for away games when required.
