Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant operations and ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety procedures.
Manage production schedules to meet client requirements with the highest quality standards.
Supervise and train teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts.
Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, materials) to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
Ensure concrete quality, monitor customer feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and sales teams to support seamless operations and client service.
Lead with strong planning, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 6 years of proven experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to drive performance.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and strong attention to detail.
Very good command of English.
Desired Candidate Profile
