Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily batching plant operations and production activities.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch of ready-mix concrete.
- Monitor concrete quality, plant efficiency, and operational performance.
- Manage plant staff, operators, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and project teams for delivery schedules.
- Monitor raw material inventory and production costs.
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ready-mix concrete or batching plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of concrete production processes and quality standards.
- Experience managing plant operations, manpower, and fleet coordination.
- Good understanding of equipment maintenance and operational safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with automated batching systems and ERP software.
- Knowledge of concrete mix design and quality testing procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO, HSE, and quality compliance standards.
