Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end battery pack and module assembly operations

  • Manage production planning, quality, maintenance, and process engineering

  • Drive new line setup, commissioning, PFMEA, SOPs, and reliability validation

  • Ensure EHS, ISO/IATF compliance, and zero-defect manufacturing

  • Optimize productivity, cost, and capacity through Lean/Six Sigma initiatives

  • Lead and develop cross-functional engineering and production teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UAV battery assembly (Li-ion and LiPo) within a Quality Assurance role.

  • Strong expertise in battery pack assembly, testing procedures, laser welding, and thermal management systems

  • Demonstrated leadership in production scaling, continuous improvement initiatives, and team supervision

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification, along with exposure to the EV industry, will be considered an advantage
