Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Manage production schedules and resource allocation, balancing demand with capacity to maximize throughput.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of production processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD software and production planning tools, essential for effective design and process management.
