Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and experimentation on novel battery chemistries and materials, pushing the boundaries of energy storage.
  • Design and execute rigorous testing protocols for battery cells and modules, ensuring performance, safety, and durability under diverse conditions.
  • Analyze experimental data and generate comprehensive reports, offering critical insights to optimize battery designs and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and manufacturing specialists, to drive innovation.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot battery failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in battery technology, attending conferences and reviewing scientific literature.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to battery safety and performance.
  • Optimize battery cell and pack designs for specific applications, considering factors like energy density, power output, and cost.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the battery industry, indicating practical know-how.
  • Experience of working with "Lithium Ion Battery"
