What was established in the year 1987 as the construction material trading organization, Battoyor Holding Company in 2011 became a holding company for all the HEBA subsidiaries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). With its head office in Dammam, the company has operations in a number of sectors such as – real estate, consumer products, trading of fire and safety equipment, and finally trading of lighting products.

At the back of its experience and understanding of the KSA market, Battoyor Holding Company has been able to venture into new businesses, expanding from the trading business of construction material. The group has six companies under its brand umbrella, which include–
