Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Acquisition

Identify, target, and acquire new partners across:

o Government universities

o Private universities

o International & local schools

o Educational academies and training centers

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting pitching negotiation closing.

Develop customized proposals aligned with each institution s needs (tuition payments, digital services, collections, etc.).

2. Strategic Partnerships

Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the education sector.

Position the company as a strategic partner, not just a service provider.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (e.g., billing, digital payments, value-added services).

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for large institutions.

3. Revenue & Performance Management

Own sector revenue targets and KPIs.

Drive transaction volume growth and active partner utilization.

Monitor performance metrics such as:

o Acquisition rate

o Activation rate

o Revenue per partner

o Retention rate

4. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., university boards, school owners, finance directors).

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.

Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

Analyze education sector trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape.

Identify new business opportunities (e.g., e-learning payments, installment solutions).

Provide insights to management for product and pricing strategy.

6. Internal Coordination

Work closely with:

o Product team (for solution customization)

o Operations & integration teams (for onboarding partners)

o Marketing (for sector-specific campaigns)

Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of acquired partners.

KPIs & Success Metrics:

Number of signed education institutions (monthly/quarterly)

Total transaction value (TPV) generated from the sector

Activation rate of acquired partners

Revenue growth from the education segment

Pipeline conversion rate

Average deal size

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).

5 8+ years of experience in:

o Business development/sales

o Fintech, payments, or SaaS (preferred)

Proven experience in handling enterprise or institutional clients.

Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strategic thinking and market analysis

Relationship-building and stakeholder management

High ownership and target-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Background:

Experience working with:

o Payment gateways/fintech platforms

o Government or large institutional deals

Existing network within universities or school groups is a plus
