Roles & Responsibilities


Purpose of Role/Summary:

The BDM will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the client base of our FX and CFDs brokerage. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the financial markets and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through refined networking, comprehensive industry research, targeted cold calling and pre-arranged visits
  • Manage daily business contacts with clients through telephone, email, or pre-arranged in-person meetings, ensuring every interaction is crucial
  • Handle new retail/institutional client leads with diligence, follow up on potential clients with precision, and retain existing clients with strategic engagement
  • Divert customer leads into active accounts by on-boarding new clients and achieving the company targets.
  • Ability to identify, assess, negotiate and close partnership deals
  • Excell in establishing, maintaining and strengthening a positive business and customer relationship
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Recommend enhancements on products and services
  • Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role.


Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications related to financial services are a bonus
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the FX, CFDs, or financial services industry is preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and regulatory environment related to FX and CFDs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to the company s success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
