Roles & Responsibilities

span>Main Activities and Responsibilities:/span> /p>

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through refined networking, comprehensive industry research, targeted cold calling and pre-arranged visits
  • Manage daily business contacts with clients through telephone, email, or pre-arranged in-person meetings, ensuring every interaction is crucial
  • Handle new retail/institutional client leads with diligence, follow up on potential clients with precision, and retain existing clients with strategic engagement
  • Divert customer leads into active accounts by on-boarding new clients and achieving the company targets
  • Ability to identify, assess, negotiate and close partnership deals
  • Excel in establishing, maintaining and strengthening a positive business and customer relationship
  • To be familiar with current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products and services
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Recommend enhancements on products and services
  • Any other duties relevant to the role

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in Business, Finance or any related field
  • 2 5 years of experience as a sales relationship manager in the field of FX/CFD s Industry. Proven record of building relationships and closing business
  • br>Fluency in Arabic and English
  • br>Excellent communication, networking and selling skills
  • br>Strong interpersonal, presentation, listening and problem-solving skills
  • br>Strong knowledge of the financial markets and trading platforms
  • br>Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
  • br>Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
