Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations, recommending products and application techniques tailored to individual customer needs and skin types.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, building rapport, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products, demonstrating their benefits, and effectively closing sales while upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are current, clean, and reflect brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree or certification in cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
- Possesses certifications in makeup artistry or skincare, showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a beauty retail environment.
