Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations (makeup, skincare, fragrance). • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and earn commission on sales. • Maintain counters to brand standards: clean, stocked, and visually appealing. • Support in-store events, promotions, and activations. • Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty. • Report stock needs and assist with inventory management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in retail or beauty is preferred. • Passionate about cosmetics and customer service. • Strong sales skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Professional appearance and confident personality. • Flexible to work 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays. • Preferred: Candidate already on own visa/sponsorship. Compensation: Basic salary + commission on sales.
