• Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' beauty needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits.
• Maintain a client database to track preferences and purchase history.

Sales And promotion:

• Offer personalized product recommendations and application tips as you receive them from the company trainer.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining product displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.

Team Collaboration:

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store goals.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and work areas (Stands, displays, GTS,).
