Job Summary:

The BA Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the Beauty Advisor s performance and to optimize their contributions to the sales. He/She is also responsible for the continuous training of the Beauty Advisors.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• 8 years of experience, preferably in the beauty industry, including 4 years in a supervisory role with a proven track record in team management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is essential. French is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and selling skills with an ability to provide great customer service.
• Portrays an aesthetic that echoes professionalism and the brand s image.
