Premium Solutions Consultancy is assisting our internationally recognized client in the Beauty and Wellness industry for their center in Qatar .
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Beauty Head/ Expert to oversee beauty operations, ensure service excellence, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction across all beauty services.
Supervise and guide the beauty team in conducting skin analyses and personalized service recommendations.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and health regulations in all beauty operations.
Handle customer feedback and grievances with professionalism and care.
Oversee team scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity.
Monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and drive revenue growth.
Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and service documentation.
Plan and execute in-house events or promotions to enhance client engagement.

Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty or wellness industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of skin, hair, and beauty treatments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills.
Ability to manage teams, handle operations, and meet performance goals.
Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology or related field preferred.
