Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Beauty Products Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The role involves promoting and selling beauty products, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell the company s beauty product range to new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with both individual consumers and businesses (retailers, salons, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
  • Organize product training and demonstrations to customers to help increase product knowledge and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the beauty industry and product innovations.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to coordinate promotional activities and new product launches.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns, events, and trade shows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
