Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty professionals, including nail technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, manage attendance, and oversee payroll processes.
- Drive sales and promote salon services and retail products to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Organize and oversee staff training and professional development initiatives.
- Analyze business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a beauty salon or spa management role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing salon operations, inventory, and budgets.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Familiarity with salon management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and evenings as required.
