Bloom Education is recruiting a passionate and enthusiastic Behavioral Intervention and Supports Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) to join our Charter School -August 2026. The Behavioral Interventions and Supports Coordinator will assist teachers, school administrators, and other school personnel to support the enforcement of the school's Behaviour for Learning policy.

The position holder will promote positive behaviour for learning across the school and assist with effective support and challenge for behaviour by:

Identifying the behavioral needs for at-risk students;
Determining research-based interventions that meet the targeted weakness;
Determining validated progress monitoring tools that will measure student growth resulting from the intervention, and
Analyzing ongoing data to make ongoing decisions about next steps, and
Observing implementation and provide coaching and support to teachers and others who are implementing the interventions, collecting the data, and analyzing and communicating the results with the appropriate stakeholders at the school level.
