Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into the hotel.
- Assist guests with their luggage, demonstrating care and respect for their belongings while ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for guests.
- Facilitate the transportation of guests' luggage to their rooms, ensuring timely and efficient service without compromising guest privacy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, ensuring a solid educational foundation for effective communication and customer service.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a bellboy or similar position, demonstrating familiarity with hotel operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin are highly advantageous for communicating with diverse guests.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage, essential for efficiently assisting guests without strain.
