Position Overview
Six Senses The Palm Dubai is seeking a courteous and service-oriented Bell Host and Luggage Attendant to join its guest services team. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and collect guest luggage promptly and handle all items with care and accuracy
* Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
* Ensure smooth guest transfers and coordinate with transportation services when required
* Deliver messages, newspapers, and amenities to guest rooms efficiently and courteously
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, driveway, and guest areas
* Assist the concierge team with guest inquiries, directions, and transportation arrangements
* Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost items immediately to the supervisor
* Uphold brand standards and provide service excellence in line with Six Senses hospitality values
* Adhere to LQA and health and safety standards in all guest interactions and operations
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor
* Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, or CRM is an advantage
* Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
* Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and other guest items safely
