Department Overview:

DWC Hospitality specializes in providing luxury hospitality services to clients. The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers handling. Job Purpose:

The Bell Team Captain leads and manages a team of Bell Attendants to provide exceptional customer service to guests. This involves overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that guests receive prompt and efficient service, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Bell Attendants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Bell Attendant team, ensuring that guests receive prompt and efficient service.
  • Train and develop team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Address guest concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that the Bell Attendant team operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for team members and guests.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the FBO reputation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Compliance Related Duties

  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or Official certification, UAE driving license preferred

Experience 2+ experience in aviation ground support/hospitality industry in luggage transport procedure Skill Set

Fluent in English

Intermediate IT skills (MS Office database)
