Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Benchmark & Product Monitoring Tracker
- Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking.
- Carry out regular monitoring of competitors (product offer, price, positioning, innovations, communication, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and identify relevant developments for the business.
- Compare the company's product/service offerings with those of the competition (functional benchmark, pricing, user experience, etc.)
- Provide synthetic benchmarking (benchmark tables, competitive SWOT, etc.)
- Product tracking.
- Monitor the performance of existing products (sales, customer reviews, after-sales returns, etc.).
- Identify areas of improvement or possible differentiation from competitors.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to adjust offerings.
- Propose areas for development or repositioning.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Create dashboards to track product and competitive KPIs.
- Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly) for the marketing or product department.
- Bac+3 in the field of marketing, or equivalent.
- 1 2 years in a similar position.
- Rigor and organization.
- Writing and presentation (perfect mastery of spoken and written French).
- Team spirit.
- Communication and availability.
- Place of work: Oued Smar Dar el Beida, Algiers.
