Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate bending machines according to specific production requirements, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Monitor the bending process to detect any irregularities and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the proper specifications for each bending task.
- Perform routine maintenance on bending machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Execute quality control checks on finished products, inspecting for accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Document production metrics, including material usage and machine performance, to track efficiency and output.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes, contributing ideas for improvements and innovations.
