Roles & Responsibilities
This isn't your standard 2:00 AM bar shift. This is a strategic daytime role for a Master Mixologist who is ready to use their craft to dominate the B2B sales market. You will be the "Liquid Consultant," using a world-class portfolio of mixers to help bars, hotels, and restaurants engineer the perfect menu.
The Mission
- Menu Architecture: You aren't just selling bottles; you're designing signatures. You will work with clients to create bespoke cocktail programs that showcase our client's premium mixers.
- The "Liquid" Demo: Step behind the bar during the day to lead masterclasses and tastings. You will prove glass by glass why our client's products are the gold standard.
- Strategic Growth: Manage and expand a territory of high-value accounts. You will identify new opportunities and build long-term partnerships with beverage directors and business owners.
- Subject Matter Authority: Stay at the forefront of global beverage trends, acting as the go-to expert for the local hospitality community.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master of the Craft: You have a deep, technical background in mixology. You know the chemistry of a great drink and the history of the spirits that fill them.
The Natural Closer: You possess a hunter's instinct for sales. You are motivated by targets, performance, and the thrill of seeing your products on the best menus in the city.
The Professional Pivot: You love the industry but are ready for a structured, corporate career with professional hours (Monday Friday) and a lifestyle that allows you to reclaim your evenings.
