Desired Candidate Profile

Degree/Diploma

  • Industry experience selling top nutritional brands
  • Sales management experience of at least 3-5 years
  • Experience running a profitable sales team
  • Conducting performance reviews, setting up targets, coaching and developing the sales team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Research and analysing market trends
  • Forecasting, and developing strategies for growing the product brand into the UK market
