Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, focusing on data visualization best practices.
Conduct data analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data sources, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading, optimizing for performance and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and analytics requirements.
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Develop DAX, SQL queries, and ETL logic where required
Implement data validation and reconciliation processes
Manage report deployment lifecycle (development, UAT, production)

3–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles.
Strong expertise in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL and data modelling concepts.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
Knowledge of DAX and advanced reporting calculations.
