Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy).
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and modelling to prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and optimized datasets.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to provide actionable insights and answer business questions.
  • Assist with the improvement of data governance, documentation, and data quality standards.
  • Support automation of reporting processes and contribute to scalable BI solutions.
  • Work closely with IT/Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and ensure data availability.
  • Monitor dashboard performance and implement best practices for optimization
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in BI development or data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, Power Query, DAX).
  • Experience with SQL (queries, joins, views, stored procedures).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into business insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Analyst with 2 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI and/or other BI reporting and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience working with business stakeholders, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights to support decision making
