Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
  • Transform raw data from various sources into meaningful insights by applying effective data modeling techniques.
  • Implement data visualization best practices to ensure clarity and engagement in reports, making complex data accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support business objectives.
  • Optimize Power BI performance by fine-tuning DAX queries and employing efficient data refresh strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI processes, data sources, and reports for future reference and training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • · Min 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields. · Proven experience in managing BI projects and tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and reporting tools. · Proficiency in Power BI · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. · Experience in Agile methodologies and project management. · Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics is an advantage. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
