Position Objective

• BI Developer with strong business analysis capabilities to support quality control and performance monitoring across fibre rollout projects.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team of the Infrastructure Implementation department to transform raw deployment data into actionable insights on dashboards, ensuring adherence to technical standards and Quality KPIs.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to monitor telecom infrastructure rollout progress, Civil and Fibre works inspections and contractors performance
• Analyse field data (e.g., trenching progress, Quality inspection logs, deviation reports, etc.) to identify quality trends and compliance gaps
• Collaborate with quality control teams to define KPIs and automate reporting for OSP (Outside Plant) deployments
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including GIS and inspection apps
• Support decision-making by providing timely insights on rollout bottlenecks, deviation risks, and municipality feedback
• Design ETL pipelines to ensure clean, validated data flows into BI platforms
• Document BI workflows and maintain version control of reporting assets
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for audits, contractor evaluations, and internal reviews

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in BI development or business analysis within the telecom or infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency in BI tools, particularly Power BI and SQL-based data modelling
• Familiarity with telecom rollout workflows, especially fibre infrastructure rollout and Quality inspection protocols
• Knowledge of fibre deployment standards and quality control benchmarks
• Familiarity with project management tools and contractor performance tracking
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration from field systems (e.g., GIS, mobile inspection apps)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in quality metrics and compliance reporting
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Saudi Nationals will be preferred.
