Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Bid Manager to lead and coordinate high-quality proposals for data center and mission-critical PMC projects, ensuring competitive, compliant, and strategically positioned submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bid Management: Lead the full bid lifecycle (EOI, RFQ, RFP), managing timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination
  • Proposal Development: Produce clear, compelling, and compliant technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Strategy & Positioning: Develop win strategies, including differentiation, competitor positioning, and client-focused messaging
  • Content Management: Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, and standardized materials
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners across regions
  • Commercial Support: Support pricing strategy and ensure alignment between technical proposals and commercial submissions
Required Experience
  • 7 12+ years of experience in bid/proposal management within PMC or Engineering/Construction Consultancy
  • Proven experience working on data center or mission-critical projects
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary bids
  • Proven use of structured bid methodologies (win themes, storyboarding, review processes)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering framework bids and large-scale consultancy tenders
Tools & Skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM and bid management tools
  • Experience with proposal design/formatting tools
