Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Job Description

  • Research and monitor government and private sector tenders and bidding opportunities.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
  • Prepare and develop compliant technical proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare financial proposals in alignment with pricing strategies and bid requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with tender terms, conditions, and submission.
  • Create proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and bid documentation.
  • Coordinate internal inputs (technical, legal, financial) required for bid submissions.
  • Track deadlines, clarifications, and bid submission timelines.
  • Maintain a structured repository of tenders, proposals, and reference materials.
  • Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and negotiations when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in government and private sector tenders and bidding processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex RFP/RFQ documents and requirements.
  • Solid experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.
  • High attention to detail and strong document structuring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
