Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and manage RFP/RFI responses, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
Develop comprehensive technical content, including solution descriptions, architecture diagrams, and project scopes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with bid requirements.
Maintain consistency and quality across all proposal submissions.
Contribute to process improvements within the bid and proposal function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, presales, or proposal development within the software or technology sector.
Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
Strong understanding of software solutions, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
