Bid Specialist / Proposal Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of technical proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment withclient specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather necessary information, including project scope, methodologies, anddeliverables.
• Coordinate and manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, adhering to timelines and ensuring theaccuracy and completeness of the technical content.
• Organize and participate in proposal review meetings, incorporating feedback and ensuring continuous improvement inproposal quality.
• Draft, review, and edit technical sections of proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy.
• Develop innovative and tailored solutions to meet client needs, differentiating our proposals from standard submissions.
• Work closely with the Business Development Executive, project managers, and technical leads to develop proposalstrategies and themes that highlight our technical strengths.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate the seamless flow of information and supportfor proposal development.
• Maintain and update a repository of technical proposal content, ensuring consistency and adherence to companystandards and guidelines.
• Implement best practices for proposal development, including templates, style guides, and quality assurance processes.
• Engage with clients during the proposal process to clarify technical requirements and address any queries related to oursubmissions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and technical discussions as required to gain a comprehensive understanding of clientexpectations.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure proposals reflect the latest innovations and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the proposal process and improving win rates.
