Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
BlackStone eIT is looking for an enthusiastic Bidding Specialist to enhance our expanding team. This role is essential in the bidding process, where you will develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality bids to prospective clients within the software sector. You will engage with various stakeholders to ensure our proposals effectively address client needs, hence contributing significantly to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze tender documents and client requirements to prepare accurate and compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal submissions.
- Prepare and present technical solutions that align with client expectations and specifications.
- Maintain a library of bidding resources and templates to streamline future bidding efforts.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with all proposal requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective communication during the bidding process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in bidding, proposal writing, or related roles in the software industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with RFP processes and best practices.
