Roles & Responsibilities

A Bike Rider / Delivery person is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods, documents, or parcels to customers or business locations. This role requires excellent knowledge of delivery routes, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect items/packages from warehouse, store, or office for delivery.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to deliver orders promptly.
Ensure safe handling and delivery of goods to avoid damage.
Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
Maintain the delivery bike in good working condition and report any issues.
Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle (e.g., motorcycle license).
Good knowledge of local geography and traffic routes.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle delivery tasks.
Time management and organizational skills.
Basic communication skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.
Ability to handle cash and documentation accurately.
Familiarity with GPS and mobile apps for navigation (preferred).
