Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver orders promptly to customers as per assigned routes
  • Ensure safe and responsible riding in compliance with UAE traffic laws
  • Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss
  • Use delivery apps and GPS systems for order management and navigation
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers when required
  • Ensure the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned bike
  • Follow company delivery protocols and service standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE motorcycle driving license (minimum 1 year old)
  • Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and understanding)
  • Good knowledge of city routes and delivery areas
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
  • Previous experience in last-mile or quick commerce delivery preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
