Foundever is recruiting bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representatives for a new project in collaboration with a major player in financial services.
Your responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and provide quick and effective solutions;
Resolve issues by personalizing each interaction with professionalism;
Collaborate within a passionate and responsible team focused on customer satisfaction.
You have excellent spoken French and English skills;
You possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
Minimum education level: Baccalaureate;
You are able to manage pressure and solve problems quickly.
